1. Are the products in your store authentic?

Yes, all the products in our store are 100% authentic and made with high-quality materials. We take pride in providing our customers with only the best quality jewelry and guarantee the authenticity of all our products.

2. â€‹Do you offer custom jewelry design services?

We do not currently offer custom jewelry design services, but we do have plans to offer this service in the near future. Stay tuned for updates and we will make sure to let our customers know when this service becomes available.

3. How do i contact customer service for assistance?

You can contact our customer service team for assistance through both email and WhatsApp.

4. What materials do you use in your jewelry products?

We use various materials in our jewelry, including 916 silver, enamel, beads, and terracotta clay. Each piece is crafted with attention to detail and quality.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping as a standard service. However, if you require international shipping, we can make arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.

6. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. Due to the nature of products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once a purchase has been made. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and ask any questions befor making a purchase

7. What should I do if I receive a faulty product?

In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the item. Our team will guide you through the verification process. If the product is found to be genuinely faulty, we will arrange for a replacement. We will also cover the shipping charges for the return and replacement of the faulty item.
